Las Torres is looking for friendly professionals to join our staff of guides, chefs, desk clerks and sales team. We offer transport from and to Torres del Paine, above-average wages and cover the housing and meals of our employees. In addition, Las Torres personnel live at the base of a majestic, snow-capped mountain and have access to miles and miles of trails through breathtaking terrain.

Starting in June of each year, we accept applications for the September through May season.
