Part 1: Their Stories, Our Stories – From the Earth to the Glass

Enjoy the story of Federico and Maximiliano Gil, two brothers from Uruguay who came to Torres del Paine to bewitch us with their creativity, passion and personalities through their incredible cocktails and microbrewery! Through their association, “Organic Patagonia” they use sustainable ingredients and materials for the creation of their cocktails and beer. With the support of our hotel, the two brothers are the first to ferment homemade beer, called “Pionera”, within Torres del Paine National Park.
